Perl,
1) assuming the possibility of a cheat/suspecting is not the same as accusing someone explicitly, especially in public. An accuse should be backed up, otherwise it may - not necessarily it would - but it may be considered an insult. What is an insult is not quite clear actually but the difference between assumption and direct explicit accusation is I believe clear.
2) Our performances at different time controls should normally converge - this is what the CPV group policy implies too. But the sentence "other things being equal" is implied as well. There are many nerds who in fact play only bullet, many such who play only 1 min all their lifes, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. It is extremely hard to compete with them, even though their "normal" rating would be way lower. So just because you played only very few bullet games in your life and thus have a low bullet score an accuse of you or even a suspect would be quite improper here.
3) Bullet chess is like in microphysics - a whole "universe" that consists of many smaller universes. 1 min bullet is a completely different universe than 2 min bullet. 0+1 min bullet is a completely different universe than 1 min bullet. Not even mentioning 2+1 and 1+3 bullet. If someone, who specialises at 1 min bullet, plays 1 min a guy who is good at 2 min bullet then the "1 min guy" will win. So, if you were a 2 min bullet person who lost against 1 min bullet person - a suspect or an accusation on that basis would be equally improper like in point 2)
4) bullet outcomes are much more randomised than blitz and rapid outcomes. Such "lotto effect" can be devastating for one's rating if it was much higher than the opponents rating. F.e. I played 157 games with
@xmodey who's blitz volatility range lays between 2317 and 2200. As we started his bullet score was at that point 2086, mine - 2170. I could edge +14 games in my favour but it still had a devastating effect on my bullet elo - i ended at 2128 points while his elo stayed unchanged.
5) Because of that "lotto effect" and lots of other reasons which i won't mention here bullet scores are normally much more volatile than blitz and rapid scores. Normally your bullet scores would show higher ups and lower deeps than your blitz scores (higher ups - unless you stop on the way up at some satisfying comfortable score).
6) alone the fact that you joined the CPV group in SL and our rating list on lichess is a great deal to praise. And if you now try to back up your rapid and blitz scores with a more or less strong bullet record - there will be a lot more to praise. A bullet game is a simulation of the ending stage of a blitz game and thus is an important training. Just pick your favorite bullet time control, train it in peace and spit on those who whatever says against you in those respects.
