Problem with reporting system

I think that reporting system on Lichess is very good and it has worked numerous times in the past. However, recently, when I reported few users for having a VERY offensive username nothing happened. I believe it was more than 2 days ago.

What's funny is that a person with almost identical username got closed after my report. "OffensiveUsername" got closed, but "OffensiveUsername123" hasn't.

tell me the name of the accounts to i report too

I do not think there is a problem. Your reports are handled by humans. Some of which might be less experienced and ask for feedback.
I will also mention that almost none of your username reports are urgent, since most of the reported accounts have been inactive for years. Only people actively searching for those names will see them, even if we take several days.

I understand this, but you do agree they should be closed, right? Details of how exactly I found said accounts are irrelevant to whether or not they are offensive.

We will not comment on any individual reports. I explained to you why your expectation of all reports being acted on in the same time frame is unrealistic. That is all I will do.
