When should you study openings?

I always was told to study openings when openings when your "good enough".
I want to know when "good enough" is so I can know when I'm ready and start studying openings.
I hope to hear your thoughts about this topic.

I think around 2000 rapid/classical rating

If started opening after I learned 90% of the tactics.

Openings matter at every level. So if you have the time then there is really no good reason not to study openings.

If you have not studied endings or tactics,study them first,then openings.
