You need to do more normal puzzles if you wanna exceed in puzzle storm. Puzzle storm over and over again won't do much for you.

Repeatedly doing puzzle rushes will be the slowest way of improvement.
Instead spend 90% on regular puzzles and 10% in puzzle rushes.

@A_0123456 Hi I'm the inventor of what you know as Puzzle Rush, I created the prototype chess puzzle game about 10 years ago and famously in 2018 showed it to chess.com and they created Puzzle Rush.
Okay maybe a bit of context is needed here. Puzzle Rush is actually developed to be a cheat test, that is I needed a test to find out how good a player really was that was hard to cheat on. So I developed the autoloading fast version you see today.
To excel at Puzzle Rush you will not achieve this by playing more Puzzle Rush. Puzzle Rush is a test it reflects your actual chess strength. Only in badly designed clones of my original chess puzzle game where the puzzle pool was small and people memorized all the puzzles like the version 1 of chess.com Puzzle Rush (a truly poor implementation).
To improve you have to consider that the 3Ts. Teaching, Training and Testing.
We learn by being Taught concepts, Training repeatedly and then showing our skill in Tests. You don't improve by retaking the test.
I would recommend you get Lucas Chess which is a full featured free chess training system. lucaschess.pythonanywhere.com/

The problem with lichess puzzle rush is that it starts giving you pretty much impossible puzzles (unless you're above 2000 rated) from puzzle 30 on, making it nearly impossible to get an easy puzzle that will actually let you go up. So, if you're below 2000, the limit is 31 unless you get good rng
