Pairing wait times are huge

I am a 2350 rapid player who plays 15+10, but it takes me a long time to get a pairing. Sometimes I wait 10-15 minutes and give up.
I am not using any filters; I simply go to the quick pairing page and click 15+10. Because of this, I tried to play 10+5 instead, but it still took me a long time to get the pairing. When I play 10+5, I often get into time trouble at the end, causing me to lose more games.
I don't want to play on the other site because of so many ads and cheaters, is there anything i can do to get quicker pairings?

The only reason why quick pairing takes so long is the scarcity of players looking for a game with the same parameters as you.
The main reason is most likely your rating in rapid (you're better than 99.5% of the players on the site).

There is not much you can do, but I guess you can try playing at more popular time controls, or create a custom match search with a larger rating range (not sure if this will be faster), or perhaps (if possible) try playing at a time when there are more people on the site.

Also, you can try to look for tournaments with the time control you want.
