Ok, they could clarify the rules, but i still see no valid argument for your point. You define bullet to be a different type of chess, but it has the same rules. Just because it is faster it does not invalidate a title one holds in a slower format.

One may argue that actually it is the other way around and that a high rating in bullet does not mean much. This is not my view but there is a reason that FIDE has no "Blitz Grand Master" titles.
@nh78 the rules how the pieces move are the same but instead of two hours you only have 60 seconds for the entire game. Neither does a FIDE title mean something in bullet nor does a high bullet rating mean anything in classical chess. I don't know how you could think that a title says anything about your bullet strength. For example: @awamwahono is an IM which means that he propably has around 2400 ELO, I only have slightly above 2000 ELO. But in Bullet he is 1800 and I'm 2300.
