Bot vs Bot games

I don't know if this was asked before, but I have a question in regards to bot vs bot games. Wouldn't a bot vs bot game only have 2 different possible outcomes(one for black, one for white). Stockfish 10 beat leela chess zero 3.5-2.5 and I'm wondering how it would happen. If the same bots were used, wouldn't the moves be the same?
Thanks for any responses
Not necessarily. You are assuming that the bots would play exactly the same moves when playing against each other, but there are two reasons why that is not so.
First, the bots can have randomness built in to the algorithm, for example a bot could be programmed to choose moves at random from an opening book.
Second, the precise calculations the bots do can be very sensitive to random delay noises in computers that are there for a variety of reasons, and in an unstable system, that can change the whole game.
Engines like Leela have noise in their algorithm, +randomness when choosing which move the engine will calculate
