I just played this game and I feel like I'm improving but it feels very slow.
I even missed the checkmate in 1 on move 31

You are 1900 and new to chess? Wow. I'm 1600 and playing for 3 years! You played really well this game. One suggestion is to not waste time by playing moves like 16. f3. You should play Bd3 an get your extra rook out. you don't have the piece if you don't use it. Try puzzles and improve tactics. You are very good at tactics and should maybe improve endgames or middlegames. Your openings are fantastic and the other two are good. It's your choice what to learn next and what to improve. If you listen to advice. and play like this, you will improve a lot quicker. Its nice tat you traded bishops, but 22.ra3 is a little slow, due to d5, and the 25.rad3 is again slightly passive but you found many brilliant moves too. 26.bd2 is also slow, but its fine. I loved that you played the mate at the end. it is hard to find rc7, so you should not be sad. You have great chess potential. Hope you improve @ChequemateThreat , signed, Anshul
