Today marks the 4th anniversary of my account, CSKA_Moscou.
It's been a long story that will continue, I hope, forever.
I am infinitely grateful to all the people who have allowed me to get here, whether on the chessboard, in tournaments, or on our wonderful forum, because without you, this path would never have been taken. You Rock!
To celebrate this wonderful day, Here are some anecdotes or information about me:
- my nickname is in French, "Moscou" (Moscow in French) was the only remaining option, since it was already taken in English and German, which suited me since I am a dual French-Russian national
- I'm a true supporter of PFC CSKA Moscow since the age of 10, and I actively follow the matches/results of the football team, the hockey and basketball franchise. it seemed obvious to me to pay tribute to my favorite club by taking its name as a nickname
- my first game
even at thid time, I didn't play too badly, because since 2017, I had a single-player chessboard that worked with a battery, which I used to train until 2021. I nevertheless didn't know the theory of openings at all !
- my best moment
my first marathon trophy in the summer of 2023, this was the result of great preparation and the unwavering support of my parents, my Mom having not slept at night to watch me play and see if I needed anything during the tournament. it was also on that day that I broke my record for time spent playing: 14 hours of games (without taking into account pairings)
- 106 days. this is the total time I spent playing on Lichess, with more than 65,000 tournament points and 62,000 games.
- all of my games were played on phone, including a Samsung Galaxy j3, 2020/21, a Xiaomi redmi note 7 , 2021, and since the end of 2021 an Oppo A74.
I don't know how to play chess on a computer.
- my favorite control time is 5+0. indeed, I appreciate the non-increment and the sufficiently long time
and you, do you have a memory or a thought about me to share ?
