what do you think the universe was like before big bang?

umm, light did not exist so its like what a blind man sees, not complete darkness, its like what you see with your foot (nothing).

Physicists agree it's likely there was 'thing' before it, and it was likely just the last part of the previous cycle of the universe which is very difficult for us to observe beyond...

Hum no I don't think they 'agree' on that. I think they agree that they don't know if there was something before and what that would be.

there is darkness every where before big bang there was no light.

but it said that the universe ( galaxies , star , light) were in a bubble which exploaded and it is said that it was the most biggest explosion!
