Are there streamers who stream <1700 rapid tournaments?

Right now there is an <1700 tournament going on, and I was wondering if any Twitch regulars stream lower rated events like this. I usually see titled players stream and 2000+ but I am not quite there yet, and I would like to follow the lower rated games.

Usually, many of the moves are just nonsensical... You might as well watch two toddlers have a cage match.

If you just want to watch the games, why not just go to the tournament and watch the top game there?
