Girls say the size of your castle doesn't matter but deep down I know that 0-0-0 is superior to 0-0
An intriguing match up on ChessSport TV.
I’ll give 2-1 on 0-0,
3-1 on 0-0-0
5-1 on no castles.
Even money on ‘depends on the position’
Place your bets.

Vertical castling, O-O-O-O-O-O , is the most exciting option. Unfortunately doesn't work in Lichess.
As already mentioned here, it depends on the position. In fact, there are positions that demand to play without castling.

I'm going to put the cat among the pigeons as usual and say castling is a 'recent' innovation and many games in chess history without any side castling.
Chess theorists collectvely decided after the introduction of castling to the game to make it neigh impossible to counternance prosecuting anything on the chessboard without first castling. I've seen actual grandmasters reduced to tears because they were denied castling rights.
Personally if i want to have a fun game and want all 3 reults I play some random moves and castle long and if i want something from the game I castle short.

Beside that weird joke (not that it is bad but my humor sense is not the best thus i did not get its meaning) , it will depend mostly on 4 factors
1- The queen's presence
2- the castling side of the opponent
3- you play style
4- the position
hear me out, I am more of a solid positional player, so I mostly castle the same as my opponent, but for aggressive players, it should be the inverse especially if the queen is there
also if you are a normal player go for the side that has fewer holes in it ex missing pawns...you first put your king to safety and have a nice semi-open or open file for the rook
0-0-0 has one major weakness, that is the a pawn since you need an extra move to protect your side
