Is it a stalemate if my king is trapped by the opponent's pieces, but I could capture one of these and thus free the king?

in general, it is never a stale mate if you could move any pieces

Stalemate is a situation where the player whose turn it is to move is not in check but has no legal move.

If you have other pieces that can move, then it is not stalemate.

It's not a stalemate if you have a move. If you can't move at all, then it's stalemate.

I mean, if it was stalemate already if only your king had no moves, then the starting position would be stalemate.
