About the Lichess follow system

I want ti be able to manage the lists of followers and etc. Now this feature became fully garbaged.

Hi all, It all very good, but I don't understand, why people (owners of account) can't see theirs followERS, not friends or his following.
For example: YouTube. Channel's followers-list privated. Owner can see who his followers, other users - no.

In my opinion it's a good decision because it means just: back to the roots. You follow players if you're interested in what they are doing (playing, streaming, talking in the forum ...), but there is simply no chess-related(!)-reason why you need to know who is following you in reverse. And if you want to let someone know that you like their actions and follow them - you can simply write it to them via private message. Just my 2 cents - regards, errdee

I think it is a great idea, so we have more fun on chess, and do not be disturbed by followers, although I kinda miss the feature, I just liked to know how many followers someone had, but, I think it was a good choice! Thanks!

Ofcourse not! Though people saying they have reached a certain amount of followers on the forums but it only solved for a simple problem for very big price there is still advertising and forum posts achievement forums for that you cannot make the teams and forums go. This has to be one of the worst decisions and the most hated changes to lichess.

but why lichess removed followers list?

How can i see who is following me?? If some of my friends are new to lichess and they started following me, i should know that they also have started playing chess.
