And is it ok to write it into the General Chess Discussion?

An off topic discussion is everything that is not general chess discussion, game analysis, or lichess feedback, so no it is not OK to write that in the general chess discussion.

An off topic discussion is when you say you want to end yourself. You don't mean it, you just want some attention. Then some people see right through you, and use words to violate you in the most unmentionable ways. After which you really do want to end yourself.

Its something that is not about chess.
I like there more than here.

@der_zwang_des_zuges Did you know that certain species of coral spontaneously spawn at exactly the same time all over the world - even at great distances and in different bodies of water. Some might be part of a reef in the pacific while another specimen is in a bucket in London and at precisely the same time, they all spawn together.

Two things are true about what I just wrote. 1) the actual content of the message and 2) it's off-topic because it's not about chess

Turning on for fast play at the end is completely irrelevant as it blocks the movement of the mouse.In a word nonsense.
