forgot to mention guess what: there is now even a new notification for aborting games and she aborts every 2nd game because the opponents gets to play black with 1/2 horde right? she aborts half of the matches she plays with horde noone will ever care..
#19 Honestly, I agree with you that it would be better to improve the system than to make manual adjustments to ratings.
Being a USCF member it's painfully obvious that any system which requires exceptions to rules (such as rating bonuses for exceptional performances) fails to address the root cause issue. Honestly, USCF should increase B (the bonus threshold) to infinity and then focus on increasing the accuracy of their performance model (perhaps take inspiration from Glicko-2 and/or Boost-Glicko):

As for Lichess, again I don't want to be a moderator but if there's room (between all parties of this dispute) for constructive discussion, I'm certainly willing to offer suggestions.
