Analysis board suggesting c4?

Hi, so everytime I go to Analysis board, not the game analysis but the blank analysis board that's under "TOOL" tab,

its first move for white is always C4. So C4 is a starting of English opening.

So my question is,

-Is computer suggesting C4 is "the best" way to start the game? Or is it just that's how Stockfish is programmed?
At this point, white's first move advantage is so minimal that it really doesn't matter wherher you play 1. e4, 1. d4, 1. c4, 1. g3, 1. b3, 1. Nf3, 1. e3, or even 1. c3.

Stockfish plays 1.e4 exclusively, all other engines prefer d4, alpha zero is a fan of c4 and Nf3 the engine on lichess is too weak to see until a position it prefers
@Algoak Stockfish is a traditional engine. It uses hardcoded opening principles, not game databases, to evaluate opening positions.

@OnkelOnkel It is the newest version of stockfish.

Also, it prefers g3 now...
@HighlyRadioactive ... The strength of an engine is irrelevant to the version it's an extremely weak engine, if you install stockfish on an actual computer it'll still play e4
