Forking Lichess till You Die Trying

When I first heard about the open source Lichess I actually thought that it would be handy to fork Lichess and host on my own server and pretend to be Thibault Duplessis 😂

It’s hard work but doable especially if you got a team of devs all keen to start their own server. Clubbing together to make their weird dream come true.

Then I thought 🤔 why would I want to create a clone of the official legit Lichess and create one with a thousandth of the user base, makes no sense if you like people. Perfect sense If you want an empty server to be benevolent dictator on 😘

@michuk why dont you become a lichess coder u could improve lichess a lot if what you are saying in the forums is true (it's your personal preference though)

@Mahith1708 you mean saying I’m a professional coder and that I created the original chess puzzle game that got called Puzzle Rush by chess.com/?

I’m super lazy and not that good at coding lol

My last project was 50,000 lines of code 😌
