Why did Lasker make such a terrible blunder?

On move 19 Lasker blundered. I’ve never seen Lasker do anything like that before...

Every one makes mistakes .

After any other move White will manage to play d6. Then Black will suffer in a miserable position and eventually lose.
Lasker was also like 67 and not in the best of shape...
