If you want to know how to play the Stafford gambit, or against it, the easiest way to learn is to look at Eric Rosen's games. Openingtree.com is a great tool for that.

LiChess has a study feature that makes it easy to record entire games or lines you want to learn.

Eric has won 22 out of 23 games on LiChess where he played 7...Qh4.

People with the white pieces are going to play lots of different lines, very rarely will anyone play the best moves against you. There's a lot of learning to do when you play it from the black side.
what a great game. Soon GM with this stafford
Nice Game! (your opponent tho doesn't seem as if they even know of this opening, but nice job anyway)
