When I am sad, I usually try to find the good things in my situation.
I will get very sad
if I am sad, I will think positive
I will talk to horsey.
I play phone games
1) Chess
2) Compose music
3) Listen to classical music
4) Write in a notebook (i write a lot of different stuff, but mainly weather maps and weather reports for imaginary places for some reason)
5) Write in a diary about how I feel
6) Possibly share my feelings with others
7) Enjoy some komoki meming (or just memes) sometimes
8) If I'm angry, exercise my anger out OR put my head onto a cool pillow to calm down

I'M never sad, but often depressed. I think I can live with it. I'm actualy getting a lot of money, but still I sometimes feel like everything around me is depressing. Try to be an Optimist, I'm a pessimist. Works as well. I sometimes play chess, or the piano, the Guitar, table-tennis or even just write my book, but I'm still depressed. I look at everything from the bad side... After a few months, I think I can live with it.
