As per analysis there is a draw at white move 52. But there is NO move suggestion for black which lead to a draw.
I have said this in another forum already. Sometimes it can take a few moves or a long enough analysis for Stockfish to realise that the position is a draw. In your case, this might not be true, but it is a draw, despite the material advantage because there is no way for White to make progress because of the black bishop.

If you move black piece in this position (move 52).....its +10. If you dont move black piece it is 0. As per chess rules black has to move. How is this position 0.

Yes there is a suggestion for black: 52. ...Kg6. That makes it a threefold repetition = draw = 0.0
Sorry, my bad. I do not understand this either. Contact Lichess at contact@lichess.org.
yes repetition makes sense. thanks.
3 fold repetition of the position.
Otherwise the position is an easy win: 53 Be2 and 54 Bxh5+
