A request for clarification

You reported the issue, let the mods do their thing. Move on kid, its not the end of the world.
After two weeks? Keep calm and let the mods do their thing?

It's ok for me, but can i say i don't like this behaviour?

I think that the mods don't want to do nothing, so the message "Insult as much as you like, we won't do anything to you" is sent. It's not fair, then life goes on anyway.

Peace out

Ps I repeat, I would have liked to receive a feedback from a mod on this matter, .... I simply didn't have it. Stop

I do think so because I wonder what caused him to insult you out of the blue after you sent him a simple rematch request. And my guess is: The insult (if it even was one) didn't come out of the blue.

Could it be he denied your rematch request (which he is free to do)? And could it be that you said something which he might took as cause to reply something snarky?

Funnily enough at least six people disagree with you.

I am not, too. DeepL (for exemple) is really helpfull.
when you said "any clever answers ?" , i have understood that some answers were not clever
Clever (english) = intelligente (italian) (according to DeepL)

that is all the problem of an international forum

And how do you know that? Did you read the chat? You're acting as if people don't talk smack in chat. I play lots of bullet and people write all sorts of stuff, so you're wrong here buddy

Did you read my comment? Specifically this section: "And my guess is"

> You're acting as if people don't talk smack in chat.

You mean, someone hurling insults at his opponent for just receiving a rematch request? Really?

And how do you know that? Did you read the chat?

Well, you don't know that. I assure you your report was reviewed and a decision was taken, as it happens to all reports.
As someone already pointed out, we take different actions (if the report is correct obviously) for different misbehaviors, based on their gravity and frequency.
In the case of communications misbehavior the action may go from private warnings to chat bans.
None of these actions are visible to the public.
