Of course ! there is plenty of choice. The Mandalorian is quite easy to watch, between its western atmosphere and its family series side.

I really enjoyed season 1 but I was a little more mixed about 2 and 3 which, to my taste, took advantage of the popularity of Grogu and left the western side which went so well with season 1. the construction is quite classic and you will understand quite easily the relationships between the different characters.

Andor is a series that follows the youth of Cassian Andor from Rogue One and his entry into the rebellion. The series is very dark, with obvious inspiration from American or French detective films from the 80s and 90s. Very complex, with characters tortured in their thoughts and a lot of drama. Nevertheless a lot of action and twists, even if the intentions of certain characters are quite vague.
Still requires a certain maturity and having already watched detective films.

Kenobi and Book of Boba Fett are pretty average, since they are mostly "Side Quests" and completely void of narrative interest. However, if you like these characters in the original films, you should enjoy seeing them again.

Ahsoka is in my top3. the story is interesting, capable of bringing back good memories for nostalgic fans of Star Wars Rebels and Clone Wars. it’s sort of a galactic Wilhelm Meister. It's like a sort of initiatory story, interesting characters, cameos and unexpected returns and very good dynamics. It's very suitable for teenagers, families and science fiction fans who don't know all of the Star Wars mythology.

finally the Acolyte deserves a special mention, the show has unfortunately been criticized for certain choices, but I must honestly say that I appreciated the show and the creative quality despite some small flaws. like Andor, it is a fairly violent series, in the detective film style, with the influence of Asian cinema choreographies. there's a whole story around an assassination of Jedi knights, revenge, and the emergence of followers of the dark side. on the other hand, the characters are very complex and there are many twists which turns sometimes worthy of betrayal. there are also a lot of easter egs and cameos which make the story even more thrilling. nevertheless I do not recommend starting with this series, because it is aimed at fans of the legendary universe, so it disappoints purists

Best regards
Pssh, Starcrash and James Cameron/Roger Corman’s Battle Beyond the Stars made Star Wars obsolete long before these new-fangled “prequels”

Stella Star would give Palpatine a wedgie and steal his lunch money.

Apparently, some have overlooked my post in #10, which provided the one true answer to the question: which movie is the wonderful Liverpool of all movies.

That movie is, of course, Groundhog Day. The finest possible movie.
@Noflaps Did you notice the nigh on ironclad case, that The Edge Of Tomorrow makes, for being named Groundhog Day II? Staggering case. Downright flabbergasting.
