As black, I'm a fan of the Benko Gambit when I get the chance to play it. What about you?
Four knights defence as white and french defence as black
Any opening that matches my style ;)
Ruy Lopez and Sicilian defense.
It really depends :P.
But, to keep it simple, I like the Ruy Lopez and the French.

Giuoco Piano as black.
i would also like to play the white side of it, but i dont wanna learn all the different openings that can occur after 1.e4 yet, 1.d4 is much simpler for white.

I like playing against Caro-Kann or the French as white
In the future I want to learn Catalan and the Alekhine defense

@schachschachschach Alekhine Defense is very risky. The only point of it is to waste a few knight moves to leave white with a pawn on c4, d4, and e5.
Black just e5 and knight c6, alekhine is pretty decent, Ort the french with white Ruy lopez i always play e 4 dont like d4
My results are best with the following :
1) The Noteboom, the Morra Gambit and the closed Two-knights Defence (4.d3) as Black ;
2) The Nimzo-indian and 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 with 3.d3 as White.
It might be random as those are unrelated openings.
