a game where the blacks have king and bishop
and whites king, bishop and 2 pawns (2 steps before endline)
but whites time is down cannot be won for black !!!
how the hell this stupid bishop should play a mate ???
and think lichess realy the whites are that stupid and
play a selfmate or what ever !!!???

the rules say that there must be material to mate
or its a draw - but lichess has his own rule ?

No, lichess does not have "its own rule", timing out in a position where checkmate is possible in theory is a loss by the official FIDE rules.

This is a position that could result, although it is admittedly unlikely.

However unlikely the checkmate is going to be, if it is possible and you lose on time, then you still lose even if you are playing the strongest chess player in the world
Rochaide, first buy or get a book from FIDE about rules of chess, read and learn it. After that, the second step is going to another site to play chess, and when you have a similar game, you see, you will lose on time!!! Then you have to came back to Lichess and apoligize (to this site and the chessplayers) about your words, and don't act like a child (if you are not a child). Thanks!!
