IS there any way of "advertising" tournaments?

The torunament overview seems to only show lichess' own tournaments. Where would I be able to i) see other people's arena's / tournaments and, at the same time, advertise one I host myself?

you can advertise any tournaments on your blog, your profile page or in your team.
