time out

I am playing my game with opponent and my internet gets disconnected so as a result I am given a TIMEOUT.
Please explain??

There is nothing to explain, it's exactly as you said.
What else do you expect ?

It is normal to lose the game after the disconnect, but the timeout punishment adds insult to injury.

@tpr I thought the reason was expressed as white or black "left the game". Not sure if that is more or less of an insult though...

Not sure either, but I understand "I am given a TIMEOUT" means he was temporarily banned in addition to the loss.

My understanding of OP was "I lost by timeout".
Now, if it is in addition a temporary ban, you had to have disconnected a lot of times...

I looked at your recent games.
It appears that in lost positions you systematically leave the game instead of resigning or moving (in this case, you always get a warning). It's not internet, it's you

i was play one time,but my mobile reset!!!!!!!!but it was rapid.
