7...Nxe4 has been played in master games. Usually black plays 11...Ke6 or 11...Kf6. It is 11...Ke8 that got black into trouble.

oh you meant nxe4 with black, @tpr is right carlsen played it if im not mistaken. At the end you need to play ke6 like he mentioned.
