You can't checkmate with only a king.

It was a draw, because black ran out of time, but white had insufficient material to win the game so there is no way white can win even though it was black who ran out of time. I hope that this answers your question.

You got 5 points for the draw, because your opponent's rating is higher than yours.

Your rating deviation was higher than it should be at the time, so you got some points for a draw.

#6 That's the point. If he would timeout you would win. But you timed out and it's a draw because he can't checkmate with just a king.

Because your rating was lower than your opponent's, you gain rating points for a draw. Because your rating is still provisional (the ? after your rating), the effect on your rating is increased: more gain if you gain rating and more loss if you lose rating.
