I had only a few seconds left when I made a mouseslip in a won game. I need a few seconds to recover, then I think if I can still do something, and I have already lost on time. So I get a warning for nothing. Do I have to resign on the spot when I make a mistake? It was like 10 sec. !! Stop this or I will leave this site.

This is not correct. I had a few seconds. So there must be some mistake from your side. I'm almost always very short of time, often I'm just on the increment. This mistake wouldn't happen if I had still so much time. Ask my opponent if he had to wait for so long. You put these 38.8 sec. as a fact, but it's not. It's like you are laughing at me or calling me a liar. By the way, there might be positions where someone has to think for 30 sec. Why should he get a warning for this. It's ridiculous.

The game analysis page (specifically, the clock on the right) and the Move Times tab say that you had 38.8 seconds left when you made your last move. I'm assuming that's correct because I haven't experienced bugs with the clock indicator.
Indeed, there are positions where someone has to think for more than 30 seconds. And that does never result in a warning. But the warning happened because you timed out after 38 seconds. It's unlikely that someone will think 38 seconds in a Blitz game immediately followed by a timeout (in the vast majority of cases, you'd play a move if you have that amount of time left) - therefore, it's assumed to be stalling.
I am not here to argue whether or not you had the intention of stalling because I can't know and it doesn't matter to me; I'm only explaining *why* you got the warning. And don't worry too much about that either - unless someone has a habit of stalling, the mentioned temporary ban won't hit them.

That's clearly not the way to talk to other people. I told you what happened and you are telling me that's not true. I played this game, so I know. You look at some number in your system, which in this case is wrong. I'm not an idiot, the idiot is your system. You really force people to leave this site if you are talking like this. So have fun with your warnings and bans, but without me.
