Lichess Puzzles are too easy.

@JasonNewst Actually that is not what everyone uses, most people just rely on finding a pattern or just their intuition.
Or even if they do, they don't use it right.

As you saw, if you use it correctly then you can easily solve puzzles. Why don't you try it @JasonNewst instead of playing with Level 4 Stockfish in bullet so that you will understand that using it is not enough.

with all due respect, i agree with dark antarctican but i think that lichess's puzzle system is flawed, number 1, there is no way to prove someone isn't a cheater, and yes the puzzles are a bit easy for there level. I believe that lichess should work on the puzzles a bit and also make it so a link to the game will only appear after said puzzle is solved. therefore, if anyone wants to see the game, they can do so after the puzzle avoiding any cheating

The "elimination method" is something you teach beginners. For difficult puzzles or any position that requires thinking you have to use elimination. There's just no other way around it. It's funny you assume only you actually 'think' about puzzles, the rest of us just look at a puzzle and go aaaaaaaaaaaaaah what's the pattern here...... so if I move this piece... then what happens .. ok that doesn't work so .........oh wait that's elimination method, no I'm too stupid for that only the almighty dark magic guy can use this method. I have to find simple patterns........ So i will keep staring at the board until a pattern emerges... yup that's how ordinary people solve puzzles. You're right. I'm convinced

The rook is literally hanging on h4 and after Qh4 it is all over for White. I don't see the point of this puzzle.

and with all due respect to @VaibhavM2010 you seem to be a puzzle cheater, having a 2800 puzzle rating and such a low classical rating just doesn't add up

@JasonNewst I don't know what is your problem, if you think the Method of Elimination is easy why don't you try it yourself? Why do you play against Stockfish Level 4 in bullet all the time? And how is your puzzle rating 2400 when you have 1400 standard rating?

And as I mentioned in #46 that "This player uses dark magic tricks" was just a reference to my name and was for a joke.

And lastly your last rated game was 4 weeks ago and you spend all your time posting in forums now and yet you say it is for beginners when you can't use it properly

puzzles are puzzles, they're not so important. the puzzle rating is meaningless . It's just funny when people boast about their puzzle rating . Then you look at their profile and it's so obvious they are trying so hard to increase their puzzle rating as much as possible because it's the only rating that you can cheat without getting flagged.
This guy's complaint is that there aren't enough puzzles that are rated 2500+ so now he has to solve like another 200 puzzles or more to get to a rating of 3000 which is what I think he wants to achieve by cheating.

@JasonNewst with all due respect, some people consider puzzles quite seriously, in fact many people improve quite largely from puzzles and how are you not cheating? you have a 2400 puzzle rating yet quite hilariously, a 1000 point lower rating, wanna play a bullet game?

You spend your time on Lichess just bullying Stockfish Level 4 in BULLET games, your last rated game was 4 weeks ago and that was a BULLET game too, you spend your time posting in forums and criticising others and still you say that the Method of Elimination is for beginners, and everyone uses it.
