When I watch chess on the Internet with fast time control like 15 seconds there are a lot of moves in quick succession, especially, when both players premove as much as they can. Sometimes 4 moves happen in half a second. And it's hard to see, even with very small lags.
I would like to see tournament with lat's say 0.5 second of delay between moves, that doesn't decrease players' time. Players can move during the delay, but their moves will be played only after 0.5 second ends. This way every move will be shown.
