Opening (black)

Which opening can be played against any move from white, that is, the opening works against e4, d4, etc?

1. e4 d6 - Pirc Defence.
1. d4 d6 - Universal move.

Modern defense(g6). But despite the fact that this move can be made on any white move, there is pretty much theory to learn, especially if you stay in modern defense positions and don't transpose it into well known variations like classical Pirc or Kings indian.

c6 is solid

Can I have more suggestions?
I'm going with Modern Defense at the moment

Maybe you have heard from the Hippo. With which DWZ or Elo have you begun to play the modern? Did it raise or stagnated it?

Isn't that called the Sniper?
And after 4.Nf3 Qa5 it is the Pterodactyl?
