10 x 8 Implementation in lichess

Hey,

I read a very interesting artical about 10 x 8 chess (de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gothic_Chess it's in german but I'm sure you could find one in english) . These typ of games are called (Capablanca oder Gothic chess).

The rules are nearly similar to normal chess. The difference is, that you get two additional pawns and two new pices. These new pices are a combination of "rook and knight" and "bishop and knight". The next difference is that your king has to go 3 squares for casteling. So he ends up in a "standard" position.

In this artical they point out, that many strong players used this chess variance to improve their normal chess. You could adapted to this variance very quickly and it has a positiv influence on your normal chess. They also analyzed a ranking of the different pices:

Bauer (pawn) 1, Springer (knight) 2,5, Läufer (bishop) 3, Turm (rook) 4,75, Erzbischof (knight+bishop) 6,5, Kanzler (rook+knight) 8,25, Dame (Queen) 8,75

or

Bauer 1, Springer 3, Läufer 3½, Turm 5½, Erzbischof 6¾, Kanzler 8¾, Dame 9½

Any comments? Who would find it awesome, if they implement this new variance. So please answer to this artical to increase the likelihood, that this variation will be implemented.
No variants with
a) a nonstandard board
b) fairy pieces

will be implemented on lichess as devs said a long time ago in a forum. So no. This will not happen.
Thank you. Is it possible to play this game with normal time control?
