Rating bug

Hello, in one of my recent games, I won and got 12 rating but when I found a new opponent after that, my rating remained the same and did not add the 12 that was supposed to be added. Please look into this, thanks in advance! :)

It is always more useful if you post the game in question. I do notice that in your recent history that you lost 12 points in the marathon tournament by failing to move.
