Can Lichess implement a system where users can submit details about an honest disconnection to moderators for review? I’m tired of losing 11 rating as a 1900 atomic player to 1200s after my internet cuts.

And mind you this usually happens in a tournament even before the first move.

Moderators don't review disconnections.
You are the sole responsible for your own internet connection and when this drops you are the only one who should face the consequences. Hmm maybe that sounded rude, wasn't my goal obviously.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a way to duck this problem.
