The more you play the better you get, also tactics.
Think of bullet only if you can maintain rapid and classical ratings over 2100 at least.
Just practice tactics and keep playing. You'll develop an instinct for it. Still gonna blunder a lot though. That's common when you're not 2000+

i think bullet is waste of time and when i am 1500 above and 1600 below i used to have the same problem

Don't play bullet If you can't maintain the time, I once saw a guy who was about to deliver Checkmate but lost on time.
You don't have to be accurate because your opponent is premoving and you should too If he doesn't premove he loses on time.
I think of bullet as a game of chance, it isn't 'who wins first' it is 'who doesn't blunder a whole piece in one move' and if you do blunder a piece in bullet your opponent might not find it because of the premoving. My opinion Play casual game first so to get a good idea

won 7 and lost 13 due to lack of practice

Just don't play in Bullet mode. Bullet has no significant use in learning and improving chess. It's just something that is nothing.
If you like quicker chess modes go after rapid mode. The shortest mode I choose to play online is 15|9. i will not play faster than this. I know my own edge and I like to improve and I enjoy my time thinking during play. No need to put pressure on myself by choosing a 1 minute or 3 minute game.
If you think you lose it why playing it and losing confident? Rapid and correspondence are my suggestions. Be easy on it.
