If you are 1200 I would not be focusing much on your openings. At your level just learn things like quickly developing your pieces, controlling the center, etc. Just follow these principals instead of memorizing theory. As a 1200 playing a perfect openings won't win you the game. You need to focus on puzzles and winning endgames. If you can secure a solid advantage by move 13, but can't convert it, then what good was that advantage? But if you have a rocky start in the beginning, yet can easily capitalize on your opponent's mistakes, you can easily convert the game and come out with a win. As a 1900 player, I still don't know many lines besides a few that I play consistently. I just make sensible moves following opening principles, and instead rely on middle game and endgame skill/knowledge.
