Sitting there griping about everybody else's trash isn't exactly an improvement. If you really want to see the forums get better, try leading by example.
Create new section forum "through the chess with..."
License isn't a forum, it's a chess server that has a place where people.can talk, if they want. This is a place to play chess, if you want a forum, look elsewhere
The phrase we're looking for here is "signal to noise". On some threads, it's very high. In others, not so much. But, all in all, the median sits right around 1500, which coincidentally is the starting point of lichess ratings, having been predetermined to be the point of the 50-50 split. Now, if we had a Glicko-2 rating for forum posts, then we could start making qualitative statements about post quality with some degree of mathematical precision, with some posting-derivation thrown in for the sarcasm and irony. The best we can say at present is that on some days the static is louder than on others.
Until then, statements that declare unequivocally that the forums are dying because of "low-quality" posts is pretty much the same as going to someone's house and claiming that they must be going bankrupt because you don't like how they decorated. Subjective is subjective, and no amount of foot-stamping declaratives is going to change that.

Now I've got to admit, I'm probably one of those kids u guys are talking about😂
But, all the same, there should be some action taken. All the info I have is that one person on Lichess is 3 years old and lives in my town and I have seen them doing that kind off misbehave is you know what I mean, so 80% of Lichess could be new-born baby's and you wouldn't know it. Maybe Lichess could ask what age they are before letting them create an account? Then you could do some sort of parent--captcha and/or have them in kid mode.
