Why is my GUI garbled?

Why is my GUI garbled? And how do I fix this. I tried multiple Hardware and OS. I do manage to seem to get it to work, but every new system gives me problems. Why?

Currently I'm on an 64 bit Hardware and Window 11 and a chrome browser. My pieces are garbled. It is really weird.
