chess olympiad

Hi Dear chess friends all over the world !!!!

Some years ago i was thinking about the chess olympiad . There is some hole in the present rules . Think about this : Actually some country can send 10 female chessplayers to the chess olympiad !!! Is legal with the prensent rules because Men section doesnot exist anymore !!!!! Only exist OPEN section and WOMEN section !!!! Is this a fair rule ??
Certainly not, there are still quite a few about chasing the cheaters.

Oh yea and let's not forget those too
those do seem to be flavours of the month. Or of the decade, perhaps.
As regard the chess Olympiads, I don't see this as a matter of great urgency yet. Not very many countries have 10 women who are all stronger players than the top male players. But imagine if it were so. The selection committee would have to make some interesting choices. Whether to field the strongest team possible, or to bump out the 10th best woman to make room for a token male, someone to sit on the bench and fetch water for the big girls. Whether to try to balance both teams, or whether to make one team strong at the expense of the other, and which team to favor.
