How to get GM title next to my name

Hey, my name is Tamas Banusz, I'm a GM from Hungary (FIDE rating: 2623). I tried to add the GM title next to my name at the settings, but somehow I was not able to find it. Can you please help with that, thanks

Unfortunately the form is temporarily unavailable, so I sent an E-Mail with my ID card to contact@lichess.org., but one gave me a response yet. I sent another message, still nothing. It's weird that it's so difficult to verify your title these days...

Unfortunately the removal of the form was not planned, so going through email is currently the fallback. Which might result in slower response times. Since you are streaming, it's hopefully not something that will hold you up for too long, it's usually easier to confirm ID's when someone is streaming after all. And yeah the entire title verification is difficult as you put it, but unfortunately required to stop and catch fraudulent applications.
