takin just rooks out and click the picture of book and gets the tablebase ruling for it
it would be whites win with decent play i.e h4 give B a draw all other moves keep win
The original position is drawn due to rooks. Rook endgames tend to be draws unless there are plenty of pawns left. Or king not in front of opponents pawns
