I didn't get rating points

It's some kind of bot farming protection.

If you beat (possibly draw as well) a bot and make too many similar moves when compared to previous wins against the same bot, you will not receive credit.

Ok, but there's the option "rated" in the games settings. So admins should remove it?

Look how similar the first 15 or so moves are in the two games you posted. AND you are white in both games, plus the result is the same.
