A guy makes brag thread gets 10 upvotes the guy wishing him luck to reach his goal and jumping on the brag train gets 10 downvotes and 5 shit posts diffaming him for no reason when it takes 2 clicks proofing him right???
My rapid rating is below 1400 and my puzzle rating is above 2100. I wonder why the discrepancy is so vast... Must be all the blunders I have in game...

@Rookitiki to be fair, Hydrophilic's puzzle rating is not legit by any means. He jumped from 1400 to 3200 so quickly; you can see how long he had a 1400-1500 rating, and very quickly he climbed up to 3000+. Oh and did I mention he is rated 1000, and 1300 in correspondence? I cannot see this as realistic if someone is so skilled as to be able to get 3000+ in puzzles; this means that 2000 or so puzzles are solved with no difficulty, and you catch a signiciant portion of tactical opportunities in game. His games demonstrate the opposite via his rating.
The point is that Puzzle ratings mean very little (look at my graph).
Puzzles is mainly tactics. for matches you need strategy, focus, time management, Etc... I think both is possible high puzzle low game score and other way round.
I played <1500 blitz tourney the other day and I was up material or winning positionally in every match. Timed out in 2 of 3 tho :(
You could be a chess genius but have a rough time talking to girls and most people would approve of this stereotype in a heartbeat. So why is it that you can’t think of someone sitting there and taking his sweet time for doing puzzles? I know I lack the impulse control for that but That doesnt mean everybody is like me.
Also if he decides to cheat to himself while doing training or even while playing it shouldnt bother anybody really, it’s his loss if he wastes his time with no chance of improvement rendering his whole Endeavour completely pointless. That would be so sad I wouldnt even wanna know about it. Lalalala I can’t hear you sadness level :D
