My elo has dropped the last year about 400 rating points, from 2000 down to 1600. I stop playing many chess for a year I dont know if I will comeback to my last year chess rating. I rarely play chess now and Im bored studying and solving puzzles and actually playing it. What should I do now?
Play more chess.
Go for a walk, read a book, talk with friends in real life.
I've quit 'cause I've reached me limit. Achievin' 2400 would be difficult 'n likely nah worth it. If ye feel the same, then quittin' might be optimal.
Maybe Just one more game... :). lol

Go outside , talk to a friend physically, drink some water , watch some football and come back.
