How to Deal with Losses

I resort to simply putting my head through the wall a few times.
I long ago accepted that I am a moron. If I win it is a worse reflection on the talent pool of humanity. But outside of Chess I am paid very well, so, swings and roundabouts.

If there is money involved I could see a point in being downbeat about losses but this is just recreation to me.
Why would you get angry about losing? Some key moments:
1)When we play on and on without really learning a lot, we can be angry at ourselves for not stopping to review our games and spending time on training, reading chess books, for example, to improve. Let's review, read and join other people.
2)When we get into a perspective of being 'unlucky', we are angry that we win so many points less than we believe we should, because we make so many errors well known to us, and because our opponents refuse to resign lost positions to come out on top. We are angry, too, for being in the perspective of being 'unlucky', albeit finding it's not true. There is nothing like bad luck at work, always question and argue away this ratio.
3) We can be angry because improvement doesn't seem to come fast enough and we'd have to be more modest about our abilites. Angrily, we have to admit not enthusiasm for chess but aspiration drove us, we have depended on being able to reach and display a certain niveau, not happy playing chess, and angry at losses, when not getting to our goal. But then, we might forget our expectations, accept where we are and be happy to play and learn right here.
4) We can be angry because we think, 'one just can't help playing chess to win' and so can't help being upset, at least to some degree, when not winning. Chess is about playing to win, by its rules. But that means, it is as much about winning as it is about losing and drawing.
5)Whenever we play chess, we play to win. Whenever we play chess in our lives, we play it to make our lives better. Which one is more important? When we play chess, both play to win, as prescribed by the rules. And we like to win! But we all like to play this game, because it makes our lives better. So, let's not try to win in chess- we do that, anyways- let's try to win in life, playing chess, angriness, sadness or rather happiness, for the better part, are out there.
