in a tournament I got 0 points for a draw
Remis within the first 10 moves dont get anyone any points
If you play more than one (consecutive) remis you'll get only points for the first or those lasting more than 30 moves.
Such an remis-strike can only be broken by a win, not by losing or drawing.

In case you have drawn repeatedly or drawn within 10 moves, you won't get any point for it.
You don't get any points if you draw within the first 10 moves - which was the case in your tournament.

But then why’d you put “not by losing or drawing” wouldn’t it be remising?
