Analysis of my London system Game

Hi.. I played this game yesterday.

This is my analysis of the game. In particular, please give suggestions on moves 9 and 13. Any other feedback is welcome.
Comment on his/her moves in ().

1 d4 d5
2 Bf4 f6 (Inaccuracymay be for capturing Bishop, planning for g5)
3 e3 g5 (Inaccuracy)
4 Bg3 h5 Bishop back is inaccurate. Engine says give check to take his castling move out of the question. 4.Qh5+ Kd7 5. Bg3 Qe8 5. Qd1... Is actually the best combination for black (Plan continues to capture bishop)
5 h4 g4 Only good move
6 Bd3 e6
7 c4 f5
8 Ne2 c6
9 cxd5 cxd5 Why it's an inaccuracy? Engine says Nbc3 first
10 Nbc3 Bd6
11 Nf4 Ne7 Didn't want to exchange bishops
12 Qb3 Qb6
13 Na4 Bb4+ Blunder, more in terms of what I missed in improving my position!!! Nb5 is the best-attacking bishop, and if the bishop doesn't capture my other knight. I will capture his bishop and when the queen recaptures. I will play Ng6. Alternate ways are also good (Mistake! Time to do some development, achieves nothing )
14 Ke2 Qa5
15 Rhd1 Bd7 Inaccuracy
16 Nc3 Ba4 (Blunder.. Giving me a piece)
17 Nxa4 O-O
18 Rac1 b5
19 Nc5 Rc8
20 a3 Bxc5 I can see other moves but wanted to simplify. Trapping his bishop (Forced)
21 Rxc5 Rxc5 Can capture with a pawn but I can see e6 pawn is hanging and I don't want a free rook on the last rank somehow coming into the picture (Forced)
22 dxc5 Nbc6
23 Nxe6 d4 (Blunder, opening way for discovered check)
24 Nc7+ 1-0 Lost forced checkmate sequence
See, I will tell about move 9th
If you are playing C4 Then we should maintain that pawn You are telling that You played London but Indirectly It's Queens Gambit only🤣. So the point is In queens gambit we should maintain center pawns And If it's force to capture then only we should capture it. It's my coach's suggestion...
@BharatArora and also about move 13.

I think Its not a Big mistake but Na4 runs into Qb4+ the point is after that black gets some hope after queen exchange because your Queen was too strong compare to him. And after that is poor dark square bishop also can get active. But he played wrong move.
Thanks, Superman2006.Why would you say that my Queen is too strong as compared to him?
@BharatArora see, I said ( compared to him) because See The position clearly, He can't develop his queen Anywhere But he developed at b6 that's blunder Only because You can capture it Because his pawn Structure gets damaged after that but better is Nb5 as engine is suggesting. And he cant also develop on king side?!! Because your pawns Are too strong And advance.. And sorry one more, C7 is there But it's useless Only if C4 is maintained.
Black just played bad. 2...f6 was just some kind of troll variation.

Paste some better games so that we can have good analysis.
Sure thing. I have not studied chess.. So, some of the questions might be too basic but essential to improve my understanding :)
@Prince_of_6ixty4our I have played chess but never studied. So, the idea is to analyze my games( i usually play 1 game a day) and ask for clarification on what went wrong/right, and filling gaps in knowledge/understanding. Doesn't matter I win or lose, Or the game is too basic.
black did not play well against you as he did not even go for C5 which is blacks main idea against the london system......I am a london system player too and the only way i would play differently is to wait for black to commit to C6 and then play c4,as you only play c4 if your opponent has played nc6 and not played c5 and if he goes for c6
